4. Appointments, Cancellations, and No-Shows

When you book an appointment with Fulfill Clinics, you agree to the following:

• Confirmation: All appointments must be confirmed via email or SMS. Unconfirmed appointments may be released to other clients
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Late cancellations (within 24 hours) may incur a cancellation fee of up to $50
• No-Shows: Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in a no-show fee and may affect your ability to book future appointments
• Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure quality service for all clients

5. Pricing, Payments, and Refunds

All prices for treatments and products are listed on our website and at our clinic locations. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

• Payment: Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at our locations
• No Refunds on Services Rendered: Due to the nature of cosmetic treatments, all charges for completed services are final. We do not offer refunds for treatments that have been performed
• Credits: In certain circumstances, we may issue credits toward future treatments at our sole discretion
• Insurance: Fulfill Clinics does not accept health insurance. All services are self-pay
